Jane Austen Fanfiction Writing Workshop

Can’t get enough of Jane Austen’s novels? Reading and writing Jane Austen Fanfiction is a great way to continue to experience Austen’s stories and characters and explore her world. This workshop will focus on creative writing inspired by Austen’s novels.

Please feel free to bring your preferred writing tools such as a laptop, tablet, notebook, or pen and paper.

Alicia is a Jane Austen enthusiast, scholar and published fanfiction author as well as an active member of the West Coast Florida region of the Jane Austen Society of North America, who has been writing Jane Austen fanfiction stories for over twenty years.

Cindy is an accomplished writer of Regency era romance, which led to her discovery of Jane Austen. She is an avid reader and has been writing in various genres as long as she could hold a pen. Cindy is the Regional Coordinator for the West Coast Florida Region of the Jane Austen Society of North America.

Alicia and Cindy met through an online Jane Austen fanfiction community and have been writing collaboratively ever since.
