In 2004, her work was featured in Legacy magazine and in November, 2011, Jan was featured on a New York TV station demonstrating the basic techniques. She has taught in Lake Tahoe, various locations in Florida and New York, and currently teaches at the John Campbell Folk School in North Carolina.
