Sunday Class (Intermediate)

This "Intermediate" 3-hour workshop will take your knowledge of Paper Quilling to the next level by learning a few new techniques to enhance your designs. (If you have some prior knowledge of Quilling but missed the Beginner Workshop on Saturday, you are still welcome to join in!) It is easy to learn and you will create a beautiful "Regency Bonnet" card to take home.

Class size is limited to 35

$50 per person (includes materials)

Jan Yoshioka has been immersed in this beautiful and unique art form for more than 45 years. A self-taught quilling artist, she takes immense pleasure in sharing this very basic and amazingly versatile paper art form. In 2004, her work was featured in Legacy magazine and in November, 2011, Jan was featured on a New York TV station demonstrating the basic techniques. She has taught in Lake Tahoe, various locations in Florida and New York, and currently teaches at the John Campbell Folk School in North Carolina. An accredited member of the North American Quilling Guild, Jan now devotes her time to classroom teaching, private instruction and creating custom designs.
